The Drive-In Conference is designed as a one-day conference. The tentative schedule is below.

Parking is included in your registration fee for non-Virginia Tech attendees in North End Center Parking Lot. Parking in North End Center is available first-come, first-serve.

Virginia Tech employees with parking passes are encouraged to park in North End Center or locally on-campus, but passes will not be given out to Virginia Tech employees.

Schedule:

8:00-9:00am: Registration and Light Breakfast in North End Center 2nd floor/3rd floor

9am-10am: First Concurrent Session in North End Center 2nd floor/3rd floor

10:15am-11:15am: Second Concurrent Session In North End Center 2nd floor/3rd floor

11:30am-12:00pm: Walk to Squires Student Center, SuperStudio, Room 134 Squires Student Center

12:00pm-1:30pm: Lunch and Keynote Speaker in SuperStudio, Room 134 Squires Student Center

1:45pm-2:45pm: Networking Sessions in North End Center 2nd floor/3rd floor

3:00pm-4:00pm: Fourth Concurrent Session in North End Center 2nd floor/3rd floor
